Does Veloxity offer wireless charging stations for events?

What is the rental process for charging stations for events?

The charging station rental process is simple and straightforward. Contact us with your event details, select the charging station model that suits your needs, submit your order and we’ll handle everything from delivery to setup and breakdown. Once the order is placed, we will provide template files for the custom branding and provide 3D renderings for approval before printing. For delivery, we can ship to an advanced warehouse or directly to show site. We prefer to ship the charging stations to arrive 1 day before your event and we schedule pickup of the charging stations the same day the event ends or the following day after the event.

Do we provide setup and breakdown services for charging stations?

All of our charging stations come 100% plug and ready ready, so there is little to no setup needed. Simply take the charging stations out of their custom road cases with wheels and latches and plug them in. If you want a completely hands off experience, we do offer charging station setup and breakdown services throughout the US and Canada, ensuring everything is ready for your event and efficiently removed afterwards. Our services include a dock-to-dock shipping, a hands off white glove delivery and Veloxity on-site representatives that can manage the setup and breakdown.

How long in advance do I need to book the charging stations for my event?

We recommend booking your event charging stations at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. However, we do accommodate last minute orders as well.

Can the charging stations be used at outdoor events?

Yes, all of our charging stations can be used for outdoor events but they need to be under cover away from direct rain. We recommend placing them under a tent or hospitality suite.

Does Veloxity provide support during the event if there are issues with the charging stations?

We sure do! We offer 24/7 in-house US based technical support for our charging stations for events, ensuring any issues are promptly addresses so your event runs smoothly.

What is the average charging time for devices using Veloxity charging stations?

Veloxity’s phone charging stations are designed to rapid charge devices as fast as they are programmed to accept the charging (Amps range from 1A to 3A). For newer devices, that translates to an average of about 2% battery life gained for every 1 minute the device is charging. Charging speeds may vary between 0-50%, 50-80% and 80-100% battery levels and will vary based on device. Most modern smartphones can reach 50% charge within 30 minutes when using our fast-charging stations.

How many phone charging stations do I need for my event or venue?

Our event charging stations can support events of all sizes! However, we recommend reviewing your floorplan and budget to determine how many charging stations to order, based on where you can place them and how much budget you have available. Yes, our interactive touch screens can be fully customized with your branding and content. We offering free content options such as images, videos, PowerPoints, Weblinks and more, which we can preload your  before the event. We also create custom content for events including interactive floorplans, real time agendas, sponsorship opportunities, gamification and more!

What kind of interactive content can be displayed on the touch screens?

Our interactive touch screens can pay virtually any content including interactive content. Since our touch screen display monitors as Windows based, anything that you can run on your Windows PC, including Android Apps, we can run on our screens. We regularly see images, videos, interactive PowerPoints, Weblinks, Figma Links and our custom web app being used for events. For our custom web app, we create custom interactive content for you based on your needs and vision.

Are the touch screens suitable for both indoor and outdoor events?

Yes, all of our touch screens can be used for outdoor events but they need to be under cover away from direct rain. We recommend placing them under a tent or hospitality suite.
