7. Refund Policy

  • Event Rentals: Veloxity One LLC provides full refunds unless non-refundable costs (e.g., branding or shipping costs) have been incurred. If an order in cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date, only 80% of the order will be refunded.
  • Product Purchases: You may request a refund within 15 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition for a full refund. Refund processing may take up to 20 business days.

8. Warranties

  • Hardware Purchases: A 16-month warranty is provided for our Portable Charger Kiosk and Phone Charging Lockers. A 12-month hardware warranty is provided on our other charging solutions. Refer to your purchase agreement for warranty details.
  • Leased Equipment: Leased equipment includes a lifetime warranty along with other benefits. No other guarantees or warranties are made for product use unless explicitly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to artwork, graphics, text, logos, and custom content created by Veloxity One LLC, is owned by or licensed to the company. Any unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
